Returns & Exchanges

At FYMJewelryDesign, we want you to love your new piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved items and final sale pieces are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the item in its original FYMJewelryDesign gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
